Can I collect and return my own items?Updated a year ago

We do allow self-collection and returns for our smaller items, such as cutlery, table linens, napkins, and small numbers of glasses and tableware items. Our Customer Service Agent can confirm if your order qualifies for self-collection. As we are centrally located, it's relatively easy to pick up items from our warehouse in Al Quoz.

For larger items, such as our tables, chairs, lounge furniture, bar units, and backdrops, delivery, and collection is conducted by our in-house logistics team. This is to ensure that no damage is done to our items but more importantly, no damage is done to our customers.
