How do I make a return?Updated a year ago

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your sales purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons, such as candles. 

Return by courier

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] or 800 EVENTS to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and call the courier service that had delivered the order.

Note: There is a 30AED shipping charge per order.

Return in store

You can visit our showroom and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, less transaction fees.
