What are your payment terms for a rental order? Retail order?Updated 7 months ago

For retail orders, payment can be done directly at the checkout with credit card or cash on delivery and will be delivered via standard courier service.

For rental orders, payment is not made immediately. You would first make your selection and Request a Quote instead of going directly to Cart and Checkout. This is to ensure that we are able to 1. confirm availability of the items requested,  2.ensure rental terms and conditions are read, and to 3. inform of the delivery fees and security deposit.

Our payment terms would then be as follows:

1) We require a 50% payment to confirm and reserve your order. The remaining 50% should be paid on or before the actual event date. 

2) You have the option of paying via credit card link, cash, cheque, or bank transfer. For bank transfers, we do require proof of payment and the balance needs to be paid before the event date. 

3) Please note that we also require a refundable security deposit which will be returned to you once we have collected all our items and all are accounted for. This payment can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer but we would charge an additional 5% charge fee for credit card payments just for the security amount.
