What is your policy about Self-pick up items?Updated a year ago

Please note that Self-pick-up will only be available upon approval by Party Social. 

If your order was approved for self-pick up, we do have a few conditions for arranging your own logistics as we've had some confusion about this in the past:

1. Items to be picked up the day of the event and need to be dropped off the following day, delays in returning items will be subject to late fees.

2. We are not responsible for damage or breakage during transportation, we will provide an exact number of items as per the rental agreement.

3. Items returned missing or damaged will be subject to replacement costs.

4. We would require full payment of the rental amount plus a security deposit (this will be returned to you once all items are confirmed returned and undamaged).
